3 Excersises to lose the Fear of Death

This is an addition to yesterdays Tweet "How to lose the Fear of Death"

1. Look at your hands for 5 min. and realize that you are a living continuation of your ancestors.

Their DNA is inside you which means they are still a part of you.

They did not stop to exist.

Visualize your ancestors and feel that their genes are what your hands are made of
2. Breathe in and breathe out.

Every breath out means dying. The breath is gone.

But yet it returns again and again.

Think of every breath out as death and as every breath in as birth.

Thats the circle of life
3. Before you eat remind yourself to be aware and look deeply at your food.

In the rice you see the sun, water and earth.

They became the rice.

And now you eat the rice but the rice doesn’t stop to exist.

The rice now becomes a part of you.
