(A Thread)

After a few months of observation I believe you can categorise characters in the SNCOs Mess in to 3 Categories:

1) Driven and Ambitious
2) Trapped
3) Lost
1) Driven and Ambitious - AKA the keen ones, bods who just love soldiering, slight resentment to the growing admin responsibilities, few covert bumsnorklers in this category too
2) Trapped - physically/emotionally/ financially, Literally have countdowns on their phone to the EoS date, do the pension calculator at least once a month, hate the army
3) Lost - was once keen good soldiers, reasons for joining/personal circumstances have changed, spin decent dits about the good old days, need motivation and a goal.
