Forgot to do a follow up on my Kenya Power problem.

If you ever get a wrong bill here is what you do.

1) Take a photo of your meter(s)
2) Take your ass to their Electricity House office.
3) You could try and resolve it online or through customer care but customer care and billing are different offices that operate on their own timetables. That route can take up to a week+ to resolve, during which you could have been disconnected. (Twitter is very hit and miss)
4) Pass by a cyber and print the photo of your meter. You will need this (and if you don't have you will be sent to print it)
5) Make sure you know at least your account number
6) Carry disinfectant. They have that queue management machine for printing tickets
7) Don't be an ass to the staff there. Billing are not responsible for the readings.
8) If they ask whether you want to wait for your new bill SAY YES
9) One you get your new bill - pay it direct to Kenya Power (Paybill 888888)
