Football clubs are part of the cultural heritage of their local communities, which provide vital energy, in general, for football. At DUFC we recognise this and are very proud of the work that our CT continues to undertake, work that is wide in scope across various social causes.
Whilst sport is the primary activity of our organisation, the work in the community is not limited to sport-specific actions. @dundeeunitedct engages in various initiatives focusing on subjects including poverty; education; unemployment; health & well-being and literacy skills.
The conclusion of 2020 marks the first year of a 5 yr strategy and another year of awards in recognition for the team’s hard work and dedication to the community. Despite Covid and continuing adaptation to the challenges faced, the Trust is well on track to meet its objectives.
