I'm calling for a full & total ban of Kurdish Americans applying American Racial Theory to Kurdistan. We don't have anything to do with, nor are we influenced to a significant degree by American Racialism. Stop trying to apply the pathology to Kurdistan. We have enough problems.
Ask any person on the ground, including our human rights activists, journalists, women's rights defenders, general population who have not been paid salaries for years, or those under oppression from tyrannical states if they think "whiteness" is at fault.
There is so much to do, and so much to influence from abroad with the immense privilege that diaspora has to mobilise local communities (especially in the U.S.). Please, please try to get past your own ideological nonsense and do some good instead. You're obviously passionate.
This post is obviously inspired by watching so many of the American Cultural adopters in the diaspora make points about "decolonising your mindset" or "removing structures of whiteness" in Kurdistan. It is maddening how little this is connected to what we are struggling with.
