Why didnt @ERCOT_ISO have reserves of natural gas or propane???
It does not FREEZE when processed or when refined into propane. It can only freeze when unprocessed coming from extraction sites. Why didnt they have tanks FULL knowing the storm was coming?

2. They received a warning notice on the 11th from the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
