The Asian groceries are well stocked even if HEB and others are running low on stuff. Do yourself a favor and try it.

Fair warning. If you go to an Asian shop without a mask, they will toss your ass. They don't play around with that.

Get yourself a few bags of frozen dumplings.

Get a can or 2 of chicken broth.

Boil broth. And dumplings. Eat.

*please cook the dumplings all the way through before eating.
