“Being technical” to “being non-technical” if I may borrow the label just for a second, is a range of values vs a binary attribute (2/n)
The very foundation of computing is based on abstraction.. just because a Go dev is not familiar with assembly language level programming does that make her less technical ? (3/n)
Women/girls typically get affected the most by this due to self labeling and being raised to be perfect (not brave) as advocated eloquently by @reshmasaujani (4/n)
