Lets talk about the situation in texas from a person who currently lives here.

Over the past few days, Texas has been hit with a dangerous wintet storm. All throughout texas, it has snowed and gone below freezing.

Due to how bad it has gotten, people have losing electricity. Many people have gone DAYS without power in such harsh weather. Last night, i aswell lost power in my home.

Some people loose power but get it back after a hour or more. But some still haven't gotten it back. It has been said that over 2 MILLION people are without power.

Please keep in mind that it has never snowed this but in over 30 years. People do not know how to handle it as they never really had to deal with it.

ercot began "rolling blackouts" fir the people who use their services, and started shutting off power in neighborhoods to make sure no area is without power for too long. But some still haven't had power for DAYS.

In some places in texas, The tap water is not safe. It is not clean and could have bacteria in it.

- If you are going to use tap water, please boil it before hand!!

On Friday, there was this massive wreck that left multiple people dead. This was because of the ice forming in the road.

Because of this situation, people have been buying so much food. and alot of places are running out. Some grocery stores have been closing aswell, like H-E-B.

Please do not go out unless necessary, the roads are extremely dangerous! also, if you have power currently, please unplug unnecessary devices and charge phones and necessary things.
