2/13 You Experience what you Think you are.

The World is a complete mirror to your Self-Identity

Here is how you start changing who you think you are and return to real power in this world
3/13 You started dreaming and you created this world

In Your own Dream of the world, you play with the idea you are a Separate body

Communicating with other separate bodies,

Who have minds that are private and also separated
4/13 This is not true, but you wanted it to be true, and you are so powerful that you created it and intentionally forgot it was made by you

And you think people in your dream also believe they are just limited bodies
5/13 If you have done your work, you will meet wise ones, who believe the total opposite, because they experience the total opposite.

A wise one could say:

Everybody's minds are not private, they are all connected and can be accessed by everyone, and this is amazing.
6/13 What you really are can not be hurt in any way, or die, but your body can die.

You wanted to leave this Oneness, to leave the connection to everything, to do things on your own, so you played with the idea of the ego

The ego needed a form, so you created bodies
7/13 And everything that you didn't prefer

You put outside yourself, unto someone or something else in your dream and pretended it was there instead.

Projection.

But everything you didn't like out there,

Was actually still in you,

Because you were still part of everything
8/13 You created guilt and pain to motivate yourself to not look inside, but instead, search for every solution outside. Where there were none.

So this wise one continued

Illusions about yourself and the world are one
9/13 What you see reflects your thinking, and your thinking but reflects the choice of what you want to see

To become free, observe your thinking and change the thoughts that create any discomfort

This will in some cases need lots of repetitions, maybe 2500 or more repetitions
10/13 Don't lie to yourself, some thoughts are not true and will keep you asleep, others will wake you up.

This is only a short introduction. And I will leave you with one short concrete practice.
11/13 Whenever something happens outside that you judge, think, "something about this is actually inside of me, and I have not wanted to look at it"

Search for it briefly inside,

Find it.

Forgive yourself and accept yourself for this,

No need to change it.
12/13 It will change and disappear by itself by your awareness of it.

After all this time you've kept in the dark,

The light you now give, makes it disappear.

As it disappears inside, with it, disturbance of outside people and situations who contain it disappears too.
13/13 You will start to see the wise one was right with

"Illusions about yourself and the world are one"
