Howard the Duck has opened a detective agency, and his latest client is none other than Lea Thompson!
Now, you may know her from Back to the Future, or Caroline in the City, or Dancing with the Stars, but relevant to this discussion was her turn as Beverly Switzler in 1986’s box-office disaster Howard the Duck!
Anyway, she’s been experiencing strange periods of missing time, and she’s turned to Howard for help!

Anyway, the investigation leads them to a set where Lea remembers playing Howard’s lady love Bev...
...alongside a rather familiar-looking faux-Howard.

It turns out the whole thing has been orchestrated by monstrous media mogul Mojo, who’s been meeting the demand for more Howard content by making his own!
There’s a big fight, Lea Thompson punches Mojo...
...and she ends up back home, the mystery solved.
