There are now at least 93 anti-LGBTQ bills in state legislatures across the country. Out of those, 48 are directly targeted at trans people.

Here’s what we’re tracking and where we need your help. Please spread the word.
In Arkansas, SB289 is an anti-trans healthcare bill that has passed the Senate. It would allow health care workers to refuse to help LGBTQ people. Health care should be available to all who need it, not withheld by providers because of hate and fear.
In Mississippi, SB2536 would ban trans women and girls from participating in sports. It passed the Senate last week.
Another bill in Mississippi, HB 1030, would allow college athletes to get paid for appearances in ads—but was amended to explicitly exclude trans women.
In Arizona, HB2725 is an anti-trans bill that would ban non-binary gender markers on state documents.
