i saw some upsetting things on my timeline and i couldnt even dm the person. so i just felt the need to say this.

it is 100% never worth it to kill yourself. i know this seems so irrelevant right now, but its not, bc i never want someone else to do what i did. +

because there are things worth living for. like my sister telling me about her favorite show, or my dog, or whatever it is for you. so please. please stay alive. because there are hundreds of things you can do alive, and zero if you're dead.

but this is something that's incredibly important to me. i just want people to stay safe.

if you're struggling, there are people you can reach out to. there are suicide hotlines, and friends, and siblings. and please, for the love of god, never take more medication than you're +

perscribed. it's unsafe and can land you in the ER, then the psych ward.

please there are so so many people who care.

again, i'm really sorry if this upsetting/triggering to you, it just always really hurts me to know that some people are trying to take their own life and i wanted to help just a little bit
