Here's the $MMED $MMEDF #NQ listing DD that matters..(thread) And also the last I'll talk about it until our baby is listed.

FIRST, I'll admit my call for listing in December was bad. The logic/timing was sound i.e. bought deal, quant requirements, etc - but I missed something..
I just called Nasdaq and talked to the head of up-listing. Anyone can do this. Did anyone think of that? I clarified everything about #MMED (the RTO last year for NEO list, quant requirements, etc.) and the answers were very simple. MMED meets all but ONE...
If a Canadian security lists via RTO AND they file with SEC through Edgar, in addition to all quant requirements they must have a 12 month waiting period from filing/rto to be eligible for list... yes, this was somewhere on Reddit already. But I didn't see anyone confirm it...
Here is their filing with SEC. Notice the date?
https://sec.report/Document/0001786919-20-000001/
This is specifically for US reporting companies, not for the Canadian security...
AND IMPORTANT TO MENTION - OTC stocks that do NOT file with SEC are able to uplist with the quant requirements ONLY, no waiting period. AKA any garbage stock that wants to pump their name to 2 bucks and head to #NQ.... but not $MMED $MMEDF
In conclusion? March 2nd is not a guarantee of the date. But all of the other activity we've seen with the company leads me to believe it's VERY soon. Could even be sooner. Who knows.
But $MMED is in it for the long run. They're doing this right.

My conviction remains bullish 🍄
Also double-clarification on that 3-2-2020 form... it's merely a stock offering for private investors, which they had already done prior to that. However it was the first one after their RTO listing, which would/should start that 12mo grace period (according to the NQ guy)
