I'm compiling a few tips about how I avoid getting (more) injuries from working from a desk for several hours a day.

if you're buying one of these try to see if you can check em out in person first. Also memory foam is bad for your bones, if you got bad posture it'll imprint that and not give proper support!

Also use a mat when doing floor stretches!!
