Looking fwd 2 the re-intro of @WhipClyburn's Accessible, Affordable Internet 4 All Act, which provides a permanent monthly #broadband benefit & $80B 4 infrastructure in unserved & underserved communities, among many other things. This time it will get consideration in the Senate.
The #COVID19 pandemic has put a spotlight on #broadband data caps & has resulted in a much more public & policymaker skepticism as to why they are necessary & whether they do anything other than 2 create artificial scarcity & higher prices.
