Many make the mistake of spending more time on a task because they feel they have worked harder and will benefit from this.
No.
It doesn't matter how much time you put into the task if you do not put your full effort in. If you do not do everything you can possibly do.

In the long-term you are better off if you are honest, work harder and give other people credit by asking for help.
The more you learn about the task the better.

I know so many of us hate the idea of working out or moving.
Pain is created in our bodies as a mental response to tell us to move, we are not designed to sit and lie for prolonged periods of time.
This does not have to be a task that you don't look forward to.

Start by making the workout different, keep adding something new and interesting which makes you look forward to trying it out every time.
Then think about different movements, different muscle groups and different ways of using the muscles in your body.

Combine each of these exercises into a short routine and apply intensity, effort and FIRE 
Be the best at whatever you're doing, because there is somebody out there in the same position as you, doing better than you.

Applying intensity gives you a better quality of exercise and it takes less time to achieve the same goal as someone who has not given it the same consideration and put in the same effort.
It doesn't have to take you 2 hours.
It can simply take 35 to 40 minutes every day.

Do not take the easy way out and give up based on instinct.

Yes I know it's going to hurt but suppose I told you:

I can not express how important this is for all people, no matter your body shape, size, weight, age.
So what if you haven't done it before?!
