1/5 A month ago a journo from a mainstream outlet asked if I would be willing to do an interview on Israel dennying vaccines to Palestinians in the West Bank & Gaza. Even though it was at an ungodly hour in the morning, I agreed.

2/5 The interview time came & went and no one contacted me. I tried getting in contact with them to no avail. Later on in the day, I was contacted by the journalist who said they decided they didn’t want me on the show because...
3/5...(verbatim) “they were concerned about discussing a medical story with an analyst from Palestine” (I have screen shots). Obviously I was pissed off & voiced my frustration with such a decision. I was ignored. A few weeks later the same journalist contacted me again...
4/5 ...asking if I would be prepared to do another interview considering I was “not happy last time”. This time I ignored them. A week after, I was contacted by an editor at the same media outlet who apologized for the “mix up” & asked if I would willing to another interview.
5/5 I said I would be happy to but that I would also like to understand what exactly the mix up was last time & that I was told it’s because they didn't want a Palestinian analyst to discuss a medical issue. He never got back to me on the interview or the explanation. Fin.
