Hoseok being multidimensional, complex person; a thread for his birthday #JHOPE
First I wanted to talk about his leadership skills, because there's many examples of him leading the group and helping them improve. Even Namjoon himself said that
He is the one who in charnge of their perfomance, check if everything is alright and no one makes any mistakes.

When Taehyung was sharing his worries about his upcoming Mixtape he shared his experience with him.
When Jungkook was performing too hard during concert to the point of almost fainting, Hoseok was the one who told him to pace himself.
Namjoon saying how Hoseok is the most professional member of the team.
Members calling him their pillar.
His comforting and wise words about uncertainty of the future.
His speech about never giving up and trusting yourself. His words are so inspirational. He really achieved the greatest success with his own hard work and trust he has in his own talent.

He once was a guesst in survival show when he talked with the trainees and helped them with choreography. He told them that they need to be sincere and really love what they do.

He wanted to learn english to help Namjoon and lessen his burden.
And he really learned a lot and talks more and more in interviews.
