1) I didn't brief the influencer - I thought leaving it up to them would lead to more organic content; I was wrong.
The creative was just boring product pics, without useful info & with no input from the influencer

So, what now?
Read a great thread by @TaylorLagace (a day too late) about product seeding versus paid influencer posts.
Seems like a much, much better strategy, and for sure my next experiment with influencers
