@TezosExchange will be releasing Tezex Bridge this week, allowing for easy cross-chain liquidity between Bitcoin <-> Tezos, & Ethereum <-> Tezos.
This is similar to what @renprotocol does and is a key component that allows BTC & Ethereum assets to be used in Tezos DeFi.

@StableTez is releasing nearly 20 different stable-assets tracking various currencies & commodities.
If everything goes as planned, this will establish the most diverse stable-asset ecosystem out of any DeFi ecosystem and should attract new participants.

@BenderLabs_ will be releasing their ERC-20 -> FA2 asset wrap protocol this Q1, bringing dozens of Ethereum assets over to Tezos.
Planned wrapped assets include: AAVE, BUSD, CEL, COMP, CRO, FTT, HT, HUSD, LEO, LINK, MKR, OKB, PAX, SUSHI, UNI, USDC, USDT, WBTC, WETH.

Kolibri Finance ( http://testnet.kolibri.finance/ ) is a project very similar to MakerDAO on Ethereum: it enables users to mint USD stablecoin - $kUSD - against $XTZ collateral.
It's currently in Testnet and will hopefully be moved over to mainnet within the next few months.

@TezosFinance will be the first lending platform on Tezos, similar to @compoundfinance on Ethereum. Users will be able to lend/borrow $XTZ and other Tezos assets.
Not much news about this yet, but their website says Q1 2021. Can't wait to hear more about this one.
