here i’m gonna talk about some of gabi’s development but mostly her parallels to other characters in aot, this will contain manga spoilers so this is a warning for anime onlies
here i’m gonna talk about some of gabi’s development but mostly her parallels to other characters in aot, this will contain manga spoilers so this is a warning for anime onlies
first off, the most obvious parallel is gabi and eren, they both have similar reactions when enemies come invading their hometowns and killing their people especially loved ones; they both get extremely angry and want to take revenge on those who wronged them with no hesitation
gabi and eren also have this mirror scene parallel as they get ready to fight/want to fight, they’re both persistent and stubborn when they put their minds to something to achieve a certain goal
later on in the manga though, gabi realizes her mistake and we can start to see some parallels between sasha and gabi like gabi wearing her dress and their love for food but the most prominent one is both of them being the couple of the only people defeating a titan without odm
gear or any inventions while saving kaya in the process, and it’s made obvious when kaya sees gabi as sasha, both sasha and gabi are shown to be selfish, sasha (s2ep2 flashback) and gabi whenever it comes to anyone out of their loved ones, yet both risk their lives to save kaya
later on in the manga, gabi also becomes a sharp shooter and excels in long distance weapons in the alliance which is exactly what sasha did while she was on the scouts, almost entirely paralleling sasha in skills and personality/growth
gabi also destroys eren in battle and eren is destroying himself as well 
end of thread, it’s kinda rushed and could do better grammatically but the letter cut off was being annoying on some of them but points were still made
