Here's a breakdown of the key take aways covered in my write up with some context to our process.

1. Putting a valuation on a player is very much a human process, but the best process is produced when the human is using the best tools around them.
@Blast_Bsbl has been an excellent tool for coaches, players, and evaluators, equipping them to make the best decisions.

2. We look at Bat Speed as a prerequisite for success at the next level.
Bat Speed metrics can also vary based on the environment, age, stress levels, weather, etc. and it's important to note these in your evaluation.

3. It is encouraged to measure Bat Speed next to Rotational Acceleration.
If Bat Speed is a player's floor, Rotational Acceleration is a player's ceiling, in terms of grading power.

4. Rotational Acceleration gives the hitter tremendous advantage at the plate, equipping them with the ability make later decisions on pitches, making them less vulnerable to off speed pitches.
Having high RA enables hitters to utilize their bat speed more efficiently.

5. When using tech, like @Blast_Bsbl, it's important to have a variable-model mind set, not a fixed one. Data is giving you information, not the answer.
You should use @Blast_Bsbl like the weather app. It tells you the temperature but it doesn't tell you to put on a jacket.

5. @Blast_Bsbl and @prepbaseball are doing a lot of cool thing together with democratizing access to data across all levels of baseball. It's been really exciting to be a part of it and we're very much looking forward to the future.
6. Make sure you read the write up to see whose @Blast_Bsbl Power Profile from the Super 60 stood out to us the most!!
NOTE: Choosing 10 of these guys was incredibly difficult and I would take anyone of these 42 hitters in a heartbeat.

* Also... just noticed that I have “5.” in here twice, proving my process for this thread would have been better if I surrounded myself with better tools like some type of editing software instead of relying on my eyes.
