It's time to make some noise! We managed to stop a similar bill in 2019 by Sen Gillibrand and former Senator Gardner. @lauraphylmills & I wrote this piece in @washingtonpost about why its a problem https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2019/04/04/problems-with-one-size-fits-all-laws-opioid-prescriptions/

The limit is derived from the 2016 CDC prescribing guideline and @CDCgov has since come out strongly such inflexible applications of its duration guidance, calling it a misapplication of the guideline!
