Glassdoor is a website where current and former employees can review their employers.

There's one Irish company which has a unique set of negative reviews.

Let's have a look at some of them....
"CEO - Immature, Micromanagement, Unprofessional, Dysfunctional.

The CEO throws tantrums, actively degrades and abuses staff loudly in an open plan office. There is nothing subtle about it. Doors will slam, people will cry and he will pretend it’s all normal."
"The HR function is compromised and corrupt.

The recruitment team actively oversell positions in the interview process. They are ALWAYS hiring. Constructive dismissal is so common that each week, at least one person will go ‘missing’."
"Management - Bullying & Abusive, Inexperienced, Incompetent.

Management are usually appointed by CEO to run a team a particular way, and not because of their skills. These are people he went to school with or knows a long time and are trusted act in his interest."
"Culture - Sexism, Cliques, Fear, Intimidation.

There is a clear inner circle. This consists of 3 teams who sit closest to Paddy. If you’re not in the inner circle, consider yourself on a short term contract because the management in this circle will get rid of you."
"Overall - It’s an exhibition sales business, who’s sole function is to line the pockets of a CEO who doesn’t care about startups."
"Salaries were borderline below minimum wage. When I questioned the possibility of a rise, I was taken into a tiny storage room where my direct manager intimidated me, threatening me with the founder’s “wrath” if I was to continue asking about salaries." https://www.glassdoor.ie/Reviews/Employee-Review-Web-Summit-RVW32587202.htm
"I continued to ask and was subsequently summoned by the founder and basically told I should feel blessed to have the honour of working for such an organisation and money shouldn’t matter."
"The CEO who shouts at colleagues yet likes to wax lyrical about social issues while sacking people/doesn't renew contracts on a whim."
"Most staff are two salary packets away from being made homeless. Yet the CEO goes on homelessness protests and on the radio to complain about the housing crisis in Ireland. Perhaps the CEO should stop being a hypocrite and get some empathy."
"At least one employee a week is just disappeared with no explanation or justification. Keeps everyone on their toes that they could be next.

"It’s the bullies and the sycophants who get promoted/paid a living wage." https://www.glassdoor.ie/Reviews/Employee-Review-Web-Summit-RVW22605509.htm
"Harassment is rife, especially at staff parties, but our “chief of staff” just pretends that it doesn’t happen."

Advice to Management - "Stop acting like your in some sort of a secret society or college fraternity and do your jobs."
