Like, yes, it's true that there are frozen wind turbines. And no, it's not true that that is even a slight factor in the blackouts in Texas. The blackouts are happening in Texas because ERCOT does not plan for surges properly. ERCOT is shifting blame to 'frozen wind turbines.'

If CNN did real reporting, it would say 'ERCOT fails to plan for winter surge despite advanced notice because of the stupid way they price electricity.'
