I have wifi so here's a summation of what I've observed thus far. As someone who's been through multiple extreme weather events and evacuations these things are expected but some things did jump out:
Many gas stations are not able to provide gas right now due to lack of electricity. A few are open (in the Cedar Park area) but they're only accepting cash. I'm not sure how long they plan to remain open.
If you can, tell your neighbor or people you see walking along the road (there are a lot) with grocery totes about where they can find groceries if you know for sure (not that he-said-she-said shit, nah, we messing with livelihoods here)
Standing in several lines today I heard people talking about how this weather event was going to affect their pay checks and how they were going to be short because of missed work days
If you have extra water, cans of food, candles, flashlights, blankets or towels, put them outside with a sign above them. Especially if you're afraid of being exposed or exposing others to COVID-19. It's contactless and there's less shame about receiving help from neighbors
Many stores are *ONLY* accepting cash because their power is out as well. So expect this anytime you go to a grocery story, gas station, etc..

I'll be tweeting updates sporadically since I don't have service or wifi without power at my home which I'm getting about an hour of every few hours (I'm luckier than most, which is so damn sad to say). If you see resources please share!!
