There's a lot of negative information out there these days.

Some people are preying on fear, which is sad.

Others don't realize they view the world as half-full.

Here are 3 ways you can test your thinking:
1/ It's not productive

When we are in this frame of mind, we complain.

If we're busy complaining, we are not tending to the important elements of our lives.
2/ Negativity attracts more negativity

Read through your comments.

If you see nothing but darkness, ask yourself, who are you attracting?

Could you have presented your thoughts differently?

You bet.
3/ It's untrue

Many who suffer from these chronic feelings seek to bring others around them DOWN to feel better.

Don't listen.

It's not true.
Let focus on positive thinking, be present and lift each other up.
