2. Focusing on those not directly involved in early learning. Economic development, mayor's office, business owners... Change messaging that early learning affects everyone, whether you have kids or not.
3. "Should we raise taxpayers or tax takers?" How we talk and the message we bring undergirded by hope and support for each other is critical.
4. Communication – think through every channel you have and every channel your partners have. Are we sharing the same stories, data, and aspirations? Optimizing channels is critical
5. Coordinating and collective impact is critical. Not one of us can do it alone. We have to do it together.
