When military leaders aren’t bringing their toxicity from home to the unit. If you don’t want to be home, that’s your issue and not the soldiers. Get the soldiers home and not waste their time. Isolated those that need more “help”.
Getting rid of promotion points. MOSs that don’t promote pass E5 need to be on a different rank system. There is no point for a water supply specialist spending 15 yrs as a SGT because points are maxed out to get SSG.
Get FG officers in maneuvering units, actually maneuvering. Want to see a war end fast? Get rid of PowerPoint and get FGOs dirty. Every war will be fought like Desert Storm.
Once you make SSG, you have the opportunity to continue your career in an actual selection of the 3 different paths without college. SNCO, WO, or Officer.
Take all Special Operations out of their Branches, and create a new Special Operations Branch. NCOs are all WOs. This is important while working with other countries.
