Good legislation was proposed declaring a #ClimateEmergency, establishing a #FossilFuelMoratorium & limiting corporate contributions.   @VAHouseDems leadership, @EFillerCorn killed these bills, many without a hearing. 2/4
Meanwhile, @VASenateDems leadership @DickSaslaw killed all bills that threatened the bottom line of @DominionEnergy, protecting billions in ratepayer ripoffs. In 2020, these same leaders passed VCEA, warts & all, but promised "fixes" next time. Turns out the fix was in. 3/4
If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. The Virginia Way IS the problem. Climate change IS the problem. Ratepayer ripoffs ARE the problem. The system is fixed.  It needs to be broken #GreenNewDeal now! 4/4
