When you find yourself at a Bama practice, players and staff will be the first to shake your hand (pre-COVID - now maybe an elbow) and make you feel welcome.

Everyone is a human being first - handling human things every day.
Their title is what they do.
Leaders must care for the person first. Done correctly, it frees the other person to be their best at what they do.
