I do understand wish for ESC songs to be in their native language but I also want to say that most artists achieved wide(r) popularity only after they released a song/album in English. So please don't judge ESC artists for choosing to sing in English or beg them to change it.
You might want to have the best attention and the version in their native language might sound better to *you*, but the truth is that the general audience is not like eurofan audience, they will prefer songs in English. The exception being songs with basic, cheesy English lyrics.
Songs in native languages more often than not have to be amazing to achieve great results. An average song in English will always have more chance than an average song in another language (possible exception Italian, French). And that's just the reality artists are faced with.
I'm afraid that if Albina picks the full Croatian version for ESC because of some reactions, that it actually might hurt her in the end. The Croatian part of that song is the best part exactly because it is unexpected and it gives the song a special moment.+
If you just make the whole song in Croatian, then that special moment when she switches to Croatian is gone. Then it will just blend in with the rest of the song.

But I also speak in general for other songs...let artists choose what they think is best for them.
