These boys have been pretending to be HAIR IN A LATHER worried about FISA for four years now, and not a single one of them, all four on the SJC, know what the FISA statute says.

Maybe, just maybe, if you think the FBI Director's certification SHOULD incorporate the probable cause assertion, you should find out whose legislative committee oversees such things and try to write that into law.

By all means, Gentlemen, let's reform FISA. I got there years before any of you (including Lee, only bc I've been doing it longer).

But first, please read the statute and think through what that means from a process standpoint.
