There aren't really red states. There are states that are governed by Rs, but it just about every one there are a significant number of people who don't vote R. Many times these are also the people most in need of help during a crisis/natural disaster disaster.

Jokes are jokes and hey dunk away on R politicians, many of whom are the biggest hypocrites on disaster aid. But dunking on a whole state while people, R, D and neither, don't have power and are just trying to navigate the cold is asshole behavior. Don't be an asshole.
