Here is an article in which he claims Japan's discriminated burakumin minority is A) fake and B) deserves discrimination because they are basically all criminals

And here's an article where Ramseyer approvingly cites the Moynihan Report blaming African Americans for their own poverty to claim that Zainichi Koreans deserve to be discriminated against since they deliberately choose to be uneducated criminals.

In another article, Ramseyer suggests that the massacre of Koreans in the aftermath of the 1923 Tokyo Earthquake really wasn't that big a deal, and also that the Koreans were doing crimes and thus maybe even deserved to be extrajudicially murdered.
