Be sure to leave yourself plenty of time if using crow goblin eggs as they can be rather tricky to crack - but they will reward you with an exquisitely golden yolk

Coat your pan in oil or butter and bring to a high temperature

Pour in a little batter and flip over once you see bubbles throughout.
