Bodies aren’t business cards. Someone’s thin body doesn’t automatically make them knowledgeable on “health”. They eat and move a certain way? Great!
But your body is different and their eating habits and movement might not work for you or be what you need. And that’s okay.(1/3)

This isn’t only influencers, but anyone advertising their body as an end result. Huge red flag. I bring this up because I see many disordered habits being passed along in the name of “health”. Even if someone is an expert, it doesn’t necessarily make them an expert on you.

P.S - the opposite can be true as well. A fat body doesn’t mean someone isn’t athletic or doesn’t eat nourishing foods. I think the bottom line is stop making assumptions based on the way people look and their body types and genetics
