Yes, but this article makes no proven claims that employees are working in more than one hotel. This notion is only mentioned in three paragraphs with no supporting claims for any of it.
1) Healthcare Australia is not management by the Victorian Government
2) Work from home arrangements at Health Care Australia has NOTHING to do with the Victorian Government and NOTHING to do with working at multiple quarantine sites
3) WorkSafe complaints about Healthcare Australia have NOTHING to do with the Victorian Government
4) The Coate Inquiry recommends "every effort must be made to ensure that all personnel working at the facility are not working across multiple quarantine sites".

Entering offices on the same day that they enter quarantine hotels IS NOT working across multiple quarantine sites.
Whether the above should be allowed is a different matter entirely. However, stated by a spokeswoman for CQV, those working in offices are only entering the green zone of hotels and are not interacting with guests. This completely and clearly opposes the article headline.
This is the only time the article even tries to claim that employees are working in multiple hotels. The claim comes from a 'medical source familiar with the operation'. This means the source isn't actually working in hotels and might not be involved CQV in any capacity at all.
If this 'medical source' was working in HQ then the article would state so. A HQ worker would be a first hand witness that strengthens the claims. Such a statement from a HQ worker would threaten to end Dan Andrews. A source that is 'familiar' with the operation means nothing.
The two Healthcare Australia workers who 'confirmed workers had been moving between sites' does not mean employees are working in different hotels. Notice how the 'health source' who is 'familiar with the operation' use the term hotel but the actual workers use the term 'sites'.
Sites and hotels are NOT the same. If these two workers claimed they were working in multiple hotels then the article would state so. A sneaky trick from @paulsakkal but I'm calling you out! Rubbish journalism!
This is further supported by the quotes from the spokeswoman that I mentioned earlier. Healthcare Australia workers are moving between offices and green zone parts of hotels with is within the rules and not against the Coate Recommendations.
This is probably true but this is a problem with Healthcare Australia that Worksafe Victoria will deal with. This is NOT a matter for the Victorian Government. The lockdown rules have been set, if Healthcare Australia is in breach that is also a matter for the Police!
This was published on December 7th. The Coate Inquiry was published December 21st. Nice try again @paulsakkal but I'm again calling you out. If this is still happening, write a different article so it can be taken seriously.
I'm not sure if all recommendations have been adopted (another thread for sure to check that) but the recommendation that this entire article is based upon is being followed. Rubbish journalism.
I don't deny this. A pitty MSM didn't report on the issues with the Federal Government that the Coate Report highlights.
This is NOT the fault of the Victorian Government. Move on.
This is not for you to determine @paulsakkal. Good journalism would now point out that this is a Federal Government responsibility. Some Federal assistance on this matter would help the entire country!
Further supporting that there is no staff working in multiple hotels as Alfred Health IS NOT Healthcare Australia.
I know that this article is pure garbage. Should I email Paul?
Overall, this article highlights issues with Healthcare Australia's employment conditions and tries to wrongly pin them on the Victorian Government and CQV. The article also tries to suggest without evidence that people are working at multiple hotels.
A rubbish article that plays with words and on the fears of Victorians for political purposes. Rubbish journalism. If HQ workers are working in multiple hotels, then absolutely there should be outrage but this article provides ZERO evidence for that. Have a good night people.
The article can be summed up by "OMG why won't Andrews do something about this company that he has no influence over"
