Public universities in Norway do not charge students tuition fees, regardless of your country of origin.

This is a way to obtain a free degree at a quality university.

Just incase you want a quality degree with zero tuition fees, pls consider Norway.

Private universities who charge tuition fees charge FAR LESS compared to other countries. And even then, foreign students pay the same little as Norwegian citizens.

But again, remember that public universities are free for everyone.

Most Norwegian universities are publicly funded and govt considers access to higher education important. Thus, as a rule, Norwegian public institutions do not charge tuition fees.
