Carleton University insists it values Indigenous scholarship, but I'm not sure I can believe this after what I've endured working there. I am so tired. I wish I had another story to share. I want to cry after writing that all out. I've carried it for so long. I want to hold on to the hope I felt right after Wayne passed, when I had the institute, the fellowship, when it seemed like we could move mountains with our stories and work. I wish I could say it worked out.
