This one looks like an uchi mata, although he plants the inside leg instead of kicking the inner thigh.
Opp moves Hakuho with the underhook & ends up leaning forward w/ a staggered stance (left foot back). Hakuho pivots hard to his right, circling his right leg back, & pulls on his underhook to take opp to his back. Beautiful!

The mawashi (belt) grips add an interesting dynamic. Hakuho grips it with both hands here and shifts opp onto his left leg before finishing him off with the uchi mata-type throw.
