Carrigan is one of the individuals planning a rally at the Edmonton Leg on February 20 along with Calgary street preacher Artur Pawlowski. The imagery on the promotional material includes a torch march from the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville (August 2017) 2/16

These include hate groups such the Soldiers of Odin, Northern Guard, III% militia, Worldwide Coalition Against Islam, Urban Infidels, and other groups and individuals. 6/16
Pawlowski (in this clearer image with Rob Anders) can be seen in the clip posted by @EdmontonAgainst with the megaphone. 7/16
He has also been harassing businesses enforcing the bylaws and the police. He has called the police Nazis enforcing the "crazy" demands of the Muslim mayor "who hates Christianity." 8/16
In December he and his brother confronted the police who were monitoring a downtown anti-mask/anti-lockdown rally in Calgary. Here are a few relevant clips of that encounter.

They also threaten to the police by stating that they will show up at their homes and harass their families. 10/16
Through this you can hear Artur who is the one recording the encounters in the background. Here now he again mentions the Muslim mayor and harassing police at their homes. 11/16
It is at this point things take an even more extreme turn if one can believe it. Remember that Artur and Dawid have continually referred to the police as "Nazis", "Gestapo", and "SS" in this and other videos. That will provide the context for what he now says. 12/16

I'll end with this bit of craziness where Dawid suggests the cop he was talking to wanted to murder him because he saw it in his eyes. 14/16
