What is Worcestershire sauce even for? I swear every house in America has it but i've never seen anyone use it. And please don't say fish n chips because it just makes the fish soggy and gross.

Yes i mixed up Worcestershire and malt vinegar but after reading this thread i'm certain Worcestershire would be great on fish and chips!
