Such a great episode. I totally agree with the comments about EMDR. It was a game changer for me after my first and only panic attack. EFT is another great too.

I’ve gotten much better at managing my anxiety through the breath. I seem to hold my breathe for no reason at all. It got to the point that I had to put a reminder on my phone to “Just Breathe!”. And it helps.
