Before applying be aware of the fact that a good chunk of the staff left because they were unhappy with the new direction of the site.

People rarely leave jobs even when they’re bad so if a bunch of folks walked out that says a lot.

I’ve taken some bad gigs in my time. Sometimes I lowkey knew they were bad before I took them. Other times I didn’t know they were bad until I was already there. But regardless I left all my bad jobs within about a month or less so they didn’t boost my resume or my bank account.
