First things first: suicide is not simply “somebody deciding to end their own life”. It is an incredibly deep and complex issue with hundreds of thousands of strands criss-crossing one another in a tangled mess. It’s not a decision people come to lightly. >>
I sure as hell know I didn’t come to the decision lightly. It was something that I was terrified of doing to myself, and with no way of knowing what would await me, I held myself back.

Eventually, though, reality because more unbearable than the unknown. That’s the killer. >>
