As Ole Gunnar Solsjkær enters the last 18 months of his contract
I’m going to take a look at Ole himself and two other managerial candidates
I’m going to take a look at Ole himself and two other managerial candidates
I’m going to look at 3 factors on this and will put a poll at the end for answers:
-Transfers
-Immediate Success
-Future Success

-Future Success
First of all let’s start with Ole Gunnar Solsjkær
Ole sets his team up in a 4231 system with 2 midfielders set as protectors of the CBs
OGS would look to bring in Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund) Jules Kounde (Sevilla) Keiran Trippier (Athletico Madrid)

Ole Gunnar Solsjkær has done a good job so far but still divides opinion
Ole sets his team up in a 4231 system with 2 midfielders set as protectors of the CBs
He sits 2nd in the premier league and the UEL RO16 but is yet to show real evidence to show he can win Major trophies.

The next candidate is former Juventus & AC Milan manager Max Allegri
Max Allegri will have the ability to keep Paul Pogba at the club whilst also trying t bring in Merih Demiral (Juventus) Sergio Ramos (Free agent) Manuel Locatelli (Sassuolo) Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund)

Max Allegri sets his team up in a 4231 which drops into a 442 whilst defending his system offers little space in between lines
Max Allegri has won 14 major honours including 5 successive seria A titles and would definitely help utd challenge for the premier league & UCL

The third and final candidate is RB Leipzig’s Julian Naglesmann
Julian would bring in Ibrahima Konate (RB Leipzig) Jules Kounde (Sevilla) Konrad Laimer (RB Leipzig) & Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund)
Julian would bring in Ibrahima Konate (RB Leipzig) Jules Kounde (Sevilla) Konrad Laimer (RB Leipzig) & Erling Haaland (Borussia Dortmund)
Julian sets his team up in a 352 formation which transitions to a 343 he likes to have a tall physical striker which haalands fits perfectly into he could use his links to bring in Laimer & Konate.
Julian has yet to win a major honour but at just 33 has impressed in Germany.
