Wellbeing
Coaching

Empathetic
Managers: pick three that you know come naturally to you as a person and ask yourself how you can use them to develop your team.

Then pick three that you want to get better at and find one way you can do that for each one.
Team members: don't be afraid to tell your manager how they can get the best out of you and use clear descriptors (and examples) like the ones above.
