start with a tight layer like a tank top and leggings/long underwear. put a pair of thin and tall socks over that. Then a tight long sleeve t shirt or turtleneck. Then a heavier pair of pants like sweats or jeans. Tuck the shirt in!

You can make a de icing solution using rubbing alcohol and water to help melt ice on your car but the defrost option should be enough though it'll take a minute.
don't leave space heaters on near anything flammable or when you're not home!!
